Issa To Support Lankford

Chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Darrell Issa will support Congressman James Lankford during his visit to Oklahoma early next month, Lankford’s campaign office said today.

Issa will be the special guest at an event honoring Lankford in Oklahoma City Saturday, June 7.

Lankford and Issa have worked closely in House investigations of scandals such as IRS targeting, Benghazi, and Fast and Furious.

Who cares? Issa has failed to impress since he allowed his committee to dither around with no recourse, ever, for the perpetrators of this willful deceit by the Obama Administration.

They have gotten nowhere. The lawless president and his DOJ will never be held accountable.

    Issa isn’t a conservative either.

That’s gonna be a tough sell.

Bravo, Darrell Issa. Lankford is the best choice for our state of those running for US Senate. Gripers and complainers will always be such. Lankford has a history of not following the crowd and keeping composure to outlast those who would oppose good legislation and policies for our state. I am 100% committed to Lankford’s campaign and would love to see him serving our state and influencing the direction of our nation! Way to go Issa! Smart choice –

I agree. We have the best field of Republican candidates for the Senate seat that I can remember, but among those candidates, James Lankford is unique. Any time I have disagreed with one of his decisions, he gave me a clear explanation of the additional information he had and explained his decision with a logic I could not refute. Those conversations have created a level of trust in this man that I have for no other politician, and few other people.

Hopefully we can all commend Lankford and Issa for trying do SOMETHING, and hopefully they will continue to do so. I’m proud of my congressman and future senator.
