House Speaker Charles McCall Friday issued a statement pointing to House action which would cover $156 million of the $215 million budget gap. The Tulsa World’s Randy Krehbiel writes McCall also pointed out that the Senate has yet to act on some of the bills and revenue raising measures don’t have the votes for passage in his chamber.
