The Oklahoma House on Monday passed House Bill 4373, creating a special penalty for stealing a catalytic converter, tires, or wheels.
Tulsa World’s Randy Krehbiel writes Representative Ross Ford is the author of HB 4373 which gives someone found guilty of stealing a catalytic converter, tires, or wheels a sentence of up to five year in prison and a $5,000 fine.
