In the wake of the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision to at least temporarily stay the state of Oklahoma’s scheduled execution of Richard Glossip, Dr. Phil McGraw was part of a rally to support the death row inmate. McGraw noted what he believes are mistakes in Glossip’s murder trials, much as other supporters have.
Glossip has been convicted twice of the 1997 murder of Barry Van Treese. Glossip has maintained he was framed by Justin Sneed, who actually did the killing but testified that Glossip put him up to it.
